Conveniently located in Oven Wynd (off Bridge Street) right in the centre of Kelso - just a few steps away from all the amenities offered by this picturesque market town and casting distance from the Tweed. As the property is located in the centre of Kelso there is a possibility of some street noise at the weekends. A gated entrance off Oven Wynd opens to the entrance hall which includes hanging space and rod racks which cater for rods up to 15’ in length. Off the entrance hall is a spacious storage cupboard, a utility room with a washer/dryer and a separate bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the first floor hallway, off which is the spacious dining/living room which includes a double sofa bed, and leads to the fully equipped modern kitchen. A second staircase off the first floor hallway leads to the second floor hallway, off which are the three bedrooms; two can be made up with either twin or double beds and the third has a full size bunk bed suitable for adults. All bedrooms are fitted with vanity units and the house bathroom includes a bath, separate shower and feature stone walls. The decked roof terrace is accessed by a pull down ladder and is fully secure. The terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views of the Tweed and Floors Castle.
